BRINIV CARE provides administrative, scheduling, and platform support. Healthcare services are provided by independent licensed clinicians and clinician groups (Clinicians), not by BRINIV LLC. BRINIV LLC does not practice medicine and does not employ the Clinicians who provide care through the platform.
Where clinically appropriate, Clinicians may issue prescriptions that are fulfilled through partner pharmacies and delivered to you. Clinical decisions, including whether a prescription is appropriate, are made solely by the treating Clinician.
THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
The Services are not a substitute for in-person emergency care. Do not use the Services to seek emergency medical assistance.

Telehealth consultations are subject to the Clinician’s separate patient agreements and Notice of Privacy Practices. Please review those documents carefully.
If a Clinician determines that a prescription is clinically appropriate, it may be routed to a partner pharmacy for fulfillment and delivery. Prescription routing and fulfillment coordination are supported by Healthaide LLC, our Clinical Support Organization.
We cannot guarantee that a specific medication will be prescribed, that a prescription will be filled, or that a particular product will be available. Prescription decisions are made exclusively by the treating Clinician.
You are responsible for reviewing all prescription information, including dosing instructions, potential side effects, and contraindications, and for following up with your Clinician with any questions.
Fees for Services are disclosed at the time of booking or purchase. All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable charge.
We do not accept insurance for our Services unless explicitly stated. It is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance plan provides any reimbursement for telehealth or out-of-network services.
All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@brinivcare.com within 30 days of the transaction.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so with reasonable advance notice as communicated at the time of booking. Failure to cancel with sufficient notice or failure to appear for a scheduled consultation may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to Clinician availability, technical issues, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and to offer an alternative time.
